Heya. Welcome to Renzie Baluyut Online. Renzie here, at your service. This is my public home base for the work I’m doing, the lessons I’m learning, and the ideas I’m building on as I move forward.

Still Here. Still Building.
30 years in media, marketing, and digital. Content operations, AI workflows, and everything I’ve learned along the way. Documented here, in public.
How’s it goin’?
My name is Renzie. Hope you’re doin’ alright.
I write about practical AI, content strategy, SEO, remote work, and digital systems for people who want to keep learning, keep working, and rebuild with more clarity. This site is part public notebook, part proof-of-work library, and part field guide for doing useful work without buying into hustle-culture nonsense.
Here’s the short of it.
Started in radio in 1994. Spent fifteen years across four FM radio stations: on-air, production, events, sales, marketing. Moved through concert production, outsourcing, SEO, WordPress, digital marketing, and project management. Built an ran three businesses simultaneously in Tagaytay. Got married. Raised a kid. Landed remote gigs. Worked through a volcanic eruption. Survived COVID. Fought a serious illness, surgeries included. Kept going.
Today I run a high-volume content operation using AI-augmented workflows. I provide consultation sessions around branding and digital marketing. And I’m documenting everything I know about marketing, content, and staying competitive as a one-person operation.
This site is that record. No fluff. No performance. Just what I’ve learned, how I use it, and where I’m headed.
Built from experience. Still rebuilding with intent.
Here’s a snapshot of what I’m about: what I’ve done, how I work now, and why rebuilding smarter matters to me.

Running everything yourself — the reality, the mindset, and how to keep going when it gets hard.
Content Writing
The craft. The skill. How to write things people actually read, with SEO folded in where it counts.
AI for Real People
Practical AI through a Gen X lens. No hype. No gatekeeping. Just what’s useful and how to use it.
The Latest From The Blog
Renzie Respawned.
I’ve been through cancer, several surgeries, and the kind of life reset that changes how you think about work, time, energy, and what actually matters. So part of this site is about rebuilding with more clarity: staying useful, working smarter, learning new tools, and creating systems that still work when life gets complicated.
System Over Hustle.
I’m not interested in building a life around constant grinding, fake urgency, or pretending burnout is a badge of honor. I’m more interested in building better systems: clearer workflows, smarter tools, useful content, healthier routines, and work that can hold up when life gets complicated.
That’s the idea behind my work philosophy these days: Do the useful work. Build the repeatable process. Use AI and digital tools where they actually help. Keep learning, keep adjusting, and keep showing up without turning your life into a productivity contest.
Let’s Go Work From Home.
Work from home because there are better ways to use your time, energy, and attention. Build the freelance practice, online business, solo creator system, e-commerce store, or digital workflow that helps you work with more freedom, more focus, and more room to live.
That’s a big part of what this site is about for me: using content, AI, systems, and remote work to build something more sustainable than the old grind.
